Esthetic and Implant Dentistry Controversies and Innovations

Dr. Dennis Tarnow

Implant dentistry is evolving into a more predictable form of therapy, and new techniques, when appropriately selected and applied, allow for even greater esthetic results. This program addressed and answered those controversial issues as they relate to papillary maintenance, early loading, membranes, grafting, immediate utilization and more. The enhanced knowledge of these techniques, added to the already advanced knowledge of cosmetics, will make a great esthetic restorative combination for you, and better and more predictably satisfying outcomes for your patients.

Dr. Tarnow is currently clinical Professor of Periodontology and Director of Implant Education at Columbia school of Dental Medicine and is the former chairman of the Dept. of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry at NYU, and has a wing named after him at New York University. Dr. Tarnow maintains a private practice in Manhattan while continuing to publish articles, co-author texts ( Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry, 2008 ) and lecture extensively in the US and internationally in over 30 countries.
